Hawaiian Lamb or Veal Chops

Prepare the Lamb or Veal Chops
Brown chops in oil. Remove from skillet.
Combine remaining ingredients, except pineapple chunks, and cook over medium-low heat, stirring frequently, until slightly thickened.
Place chops in a 10- by 16-inch baking pan. Pour sauce over chops. Bake at 400 degrees Fahrenheit for one hour.
Add pineapple chunks. Bake another ten minutes. Serve sauce over rice or orzo.
