Ingredients

Salad

  • 1/2 a green pepper

  • 1/2 a red pepper

  • 1 package coleslaw mix

Dressing

  • 1/2 cup water

  • 1/4 cup oil

  • 1/4 cup vinegar (if gluten is a concern, use distilled white or gluten-free)

  • 3 tablespoons sugar

  • 1 teaspoon salt

Directions

Prepare the Salad

1.

Slice peppers into thin strips and combine with coleslaw mix.

2.

In a separate bowl, mix dressing ingredients well and pour over vegetables. Refrigerate.
