2 apples
2 peaches
2 tablespoons silan or honey
2 tablespoons lemon juice
1/2 cup white wine
1/2 cup oats
1/4 cup chopped walnuts
2 tablespoons spelt flour
1 tablespoon olive oil
2 tablespoons silan or honey
Cut the apples and peaches into small pieces.
In a frying pan on medium heat, add the apples, peaches, silan and lemon juice. Let cook until the fruits soften, about seven to ten minutes.
Add the white wine and let simmer until no liquid remains.
In a bowl, mix all ingredients for the crumble together.
In a loaf pan, add the fruits and sprinkle the crumble on top.
Bake on 350 degrees Fahrenheit, covered, for 10 minutes. Uncover and bake for an additional 10 minutes.
