Healthy Ice Pops 4 Ways

Ingredients

Fresh Fruit Ice Pops

Kiwi Lime Ice Pops

  • 1/4 cup hot water

Yogurt Jam Ice Pops

  • 10 ounces yogurt

  • 5 dried apricots

  • 1 cup strawberries, sliced

Dried Fruit Ice Pops

Directions

For the Fresh or Dried Fruit Ice Pops

1.

Add diced apples, blueberries, and sliced grapes OR assorted chopped dried fruits to popsicle molds.

2.

Fill the molds with light white grape juice.

3.

Freeze overnight.

For the Kiwi Lime Ice Pops

1.

Add the diced kiwis and lime juice to a blender.

2.

Dissolve the stevia in 1/4 cup of hot water. Add stevia “mixture” to the blend. Blend all ingredients until nicely puréed.

3.

Garnish the popsicle molds by lining each mold with a thin slice of kiwi.

4.

Pour the kiwi lime mixture into the popsicle molds. Cover the molds.

5.

Freeze overnight.

For the Yogurt Jam Ice Pops

1.

Add yogurt, apricots, two tablespoons honey, and vanilla extract to blender. Blend until puréed.

2.

Place the strawberries in a pot over low heat. Add one tablespoon honey. Stir the strawberries occasionally until the mixture reaches the consistency of jam.

3.

Layer the popsicle molds by alternating between the strawberry jam and yogurt mixture.

4.

Freeze overnight.
