2 eggs
2/3 cup coconut/cane sugar
2 tablespoons Gefen Honey
2 teaspoons vanilla extract
3/4 cup Haddar Peanut Butter
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 cup flour (to make gluten free, I used the Bob’s Red Mill 1:1 flour)
Preheat oven to 325 degrees Fahrenheit.
Combine all ingredients and add to an eight-inch square baking pan.
Bake for 25 minutes.
