Salad

  • sunflower seeds, for sprinkling

  • your favorite balsamic vinaigrette, or use the recipe that follows

Creamy Balsamic Vinaigrette

Directions

Prepare the Salad

1.

Whisk together all dressing ingredients.

2.

In a trifle bowl, layer two thirds of the greens, hearts of palm, beets, carrots, and remaining greens. Top with sunflower seeds.

3.

Drizzle with dressing and toss when ready to serve!
