Diets This simple yet delicious crepe recipe is a great family pleaser, perfect for a Melave Malka treat, and can be served with fresh fruit or sweet toppings.
2 eggs
3/4 cup milk
1/3 cup water
1 cup Glicks Flour
3 tablespoons sugar
1/2 teaspoon Gefen Vanilla Extract
2 tablespoons melted butter
4 ounces whipped cream cheese
2 tablespoons milk
2 tablespoons plain yogurt
2 tablespoons sugar
1 teaspoon Gefen Vanilla Sugar
1/4 teaspoon Heaven & Earth Lemon Juice
2 heaping tablespoons sour cream
Whisk the eggs, milk, and water in a large mixing bowl.
Add the remaining ingredients and whisk until the mixture is smooth.
Heat a frying pan over medium heat and grease it with oil or cooking spray.
Pour about 1/4 cup of the batter into the pan for each crepe.
Cook until the top is no longer wet, about one to two minutes on each side.
Blend all the filling ingredients until smooth.
Place a heaping tablespoon of the filling on one side of the crepe.
Fold the crepe in half, then fold it in half again.
Serve while warm. Enjoy!
