Ingredients

Herb-Crusted Rib Steaks

  • 3 tablespoons Gefen Olive Oil

  • 1/2 cup fresh parsley, chopped

  • 1/2 cup fresh dill, chopped

  • 1/2 cup fresh cilantro, chopped

Directions

1.

Preheat oven to broil on high heat.

Combine olive oil with parsley, dill, cilantro, salt, and pepper in a bowl.

3.

Rub the mixture all over the rib steaks. Broil steaks for three minutes on each side.

Tips:

You can add any herbs you like, such as thyme or rosemary. If you want to use frozen cubes instead of fresh herbs, use two cubes for each type of herb.

Notes:

Try to get your oven rack as close to the broiler as possible.
