Diets When I tested this recipe the first time, I accidentally overcooked the meat, so I decided to cover it and cook it for a long time at a low temperature, and it turned out absolutely delicious. So if your family prefers slow-cooked meat, just know that you can make it that way too. When I opened the pan for a quick check, it smelled like Pesach! I’m sure you’ll enjoy this simple but delicious recipe as much as we did.
3 tablespoons Gefen Olive Oil
1/2 cup fresh parsley, chopped
1/2 cup fresh dill, chopped
1/2 cup fresh cilantro, chopped
1 tablespoon Manischewitz Kosher Salt
1 tablespoon Gefen Black Pepper
6 boneless rib steaks or London broil (adjust cooking time accordingly)

Combine olive oil with parsley, dill, cilantro, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
Rub the mixture all over the rib steaks. Broil steaks for three minutes on each side.
