2 tablespoons butter
1/3 cup white wine, such as Baron Herzog Chenin Blanc
1 cup vegetable stock
4 ounces goat cheese
1 clove fresh garlic, crushed
1 teaspoon fresh parsley, minced
1 tablespoon fresh basil, minced or 3 cubes Gefen Frozen Basil
1 tablespoon fresh chives, minced
1 tablespoon fresh dill, minced
1/2 teaspoon dry tarragon
salt, to taste
black pepper, to taste
1 box Tuscanini Spaghetti, cooked according to package instructions
Melt butter in a medium saucepan over medium heat. Add wine and stock and cook for three to five minutes.
Lower to a simmer, then add goat cheese, garlic, parsley, basil, chives, dill, tarragon, salt and pepper. Continue simmering, stirring frequently, until sauce is creamy and thickened.
Toss with hot spaghetti to serve.
