Homemade Duck Sauce

  • 1 teaspoon sriracha

  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder

Directions

1.

In a medium bowl, combine jam, vinegar, honey, coconut aminos or soy sauce, Sriracha and garlic powder.

2.

Using an immersion blender, pulse a few times to achieve a smooth texture, or blend partially if desired.

3.

Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator. Bring to room temperature when ready to use.
