This sweet sauce with a touch of heat goes from prepping to plating in just minutes, thanks to six simple ingredients you probably have in your pantry.
Yield: 2 cups
1 cup apricot jam, such as Tuscanini
2 tablespoons rice vinegar
1 tablespoon Gefen Honey
1 teaspoon Heaven & Earth Coconut Aminos or low-sodium soy sauce
1 teaspoon sriracha
1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
In a medium bowl, combine jam, vinegar, honey, coconut aminos or soy sauce, Sriracha and garlic powder.
Using an immersion blender, pulse a few times to achieve a smooth texture, or blend partially if desired.
Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator. Bring to room temperature when ready to use.
