Combine ground meat, bread crumbs, onion, eggs and salt mixing well.
Spread meat onto Gefen Parchment Paper.
Combine spinach with egg and spices and spread over meat.
Roll jelly roll style, lifting paper away from meat while rolling. Baste loaf with ketchup.
Bake, covered, for 2 hours at 400°F. Cool before slicing.
Variations:
This recipe can also be cooked in a large pan. Saute 3 large onions, adding 1 cup water. Place 2 rolled meat loaves into pot and cook for 1 and 1/2 hours over low heat. Add more water if necessary.
