Honey-Mustard Breaded Salmon

Directions

Mix together honey, mustard, and lemon juice in a large ziptop bag. Place salmon pieces in bag and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.

2.

Preheat oven to 425 degrees Fahrenheit and spray a baking dish with cooking spray. Remove salmon from bag and dip into crumbs. Bake uncovered in preheated oven for 12 minutes or until fish flakes easily with fork.

Tips:

Double the marinade and reserve half for a dipping sauce served alongside salmon.
