Ingredients

Honey Mustard Tilapia

  • 3 tilapia fillets

  • 2 tablespoons mayonnaise 

  • 1 and 1/2 teaspoons Gefen Mustard

  • 2 teaspoons Gefen Honey

  • 1 teaspoon paprika

  • 1 teaspoon onion powder

Directions

Prepare the Honey Mustard Tilapia

1.

Preheat oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit. Place tilapia fillets in an oiled baking pan. 

2.

Make the honey mustard dressing by mixing together the mayonnaise, mustard, and honey. Spread it over the tilapia.

3.

Sprinkle the rest of the ingredients over the fillets.

4.

Spray your fish with oil. 

5.

Bake for 15 minutes.
