Submitted by Shaindy Siff All my garlic lovers raise your hands!! If you are a lover like me, you will LOVE this recipe. Served this with oven-baked rice so nooo dirty dishes at all! Need I say more?!
1-2 pounds chicken cutlets, diced
1/2 cup flour
1/3 cup oil
1/2 cup honey
1/3 cup fresh garlic cloves
2 frozen garlic cubes
Black pepper
Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.
In a large ziploc bag, shake chicken and flour until evenly coated, then transfer to a parchment-lined pan. In a bowl, combine oil, honey, fresh and frozen garlic, pepper, and pour of chicken.
Bake covered for 1 hour. If garlic is not soft, bake for another half hour.
