In my echo chamber, sea bass is an either love it or haaaaaate it ingredient. I am firmly in the first camp and my husband is firmly in the second. For shalom bayis you can sub in black cod, which has a similar texture (and unfortunately price point) as sea bass but has a much less fishy taste.
2 pounds (910 grams) sea bass or cod, cubed
3 tablespoons Glicks Soy Sauce
1 tablespoon Heaven & Earth Lime Juice
1 tablespoon Gefen Honey
pinch black pepper
1 tablespoon Haddar Baracke Tahini
Combine all marinade ingredients in a bowl. Add fish cubes and marinate for 20 minutes or up to an hour.
Preheat oven to broil. Broil fish until flaky, about seven to ten minutes. Serve warm or cold over cucumber slices or lightly dressed greens of your choice.
