Honey-Soy Sea Bass

In my echo chamber, sea bass is an either love it or haaaaaate it ingredient. I am firmly in the first camp and my husband is firmly in the second. For shalom bayis you can sub in black cod, which has a similar texture (and unfortunately price point) as sea bass but has a much less fishy taste.

Directions

Prepare the Honey-Soy Sea Bass

  1. Combine all marinade ingredients in a bowl. Add fish cubes and marinate for 20 minutes or up to an hour.

  2. Preheat oven to broil. Broil fish until flaky, about seven to ten minutes. Serve warm or cold over cucumber slices or lightly dressed greens of your choice.
