1 red pepper, diced
1/4 cup spicy peanuts
1/4 cup Gefen Dried Cranberries
1/4 cup sugar
1/4 cup oil, such as Manischewitz Grapeseed Oil
1/4 cup Gefen Vinegar
1 tablespoon Glicks Ketchup
1 teaspoon Tonnelli Sriracha Sauce
In a container, combine dressing ingredients and shake.
Place salad components in a serving bowl and toss with dressing.
