Diets Easily prepare a beautiful side of vegetables in a Betty Crocker. Below are the vegetables I used, but you can get creative with your favorite veggies and seasonings.
Bring a Betty Crocker along on vacation to prepare nutritious meals even when away from home. More on that in my article 5 Best Foods to Cook on the Betty Crocker When Traveling.
1 red pepper, thinly sliced
1 orange pepper, thinly sliced
1 yellow pepper, thinly sliced
1/2 red onion, thinly sliced
10 florets bug-free broccoli, broken into medium pieces
salt
your favorite spice blend
Marinate the vegetables in a ziplock bag with olive oil and seasonings, for 15 to 20 minutes.
Heat up the Betty Crocker. When heated, add vegetables to the tray and close the lid. Check after 12 to 14 minutes for doneness.
