Homemade almond butter is very simple to make, and your food processor does the work for you! It does take a little patience, though. Watch Esty Wolbe teach you all you need to know about making your own creamy goodness. Perfect for Passover, and delicious all year round too!
2 cups raw, unsalted almonds
Preheat your oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.
Pour your almonds onto a pan lined with Gefen Parchment Paper and roast for 10 minutes.
Remove from oven and immediately transfer to a food processor fitted with the S-blade.
Process on high for 15 minutes straight or until it becomes creamy, scraping down the sides of the bowl as needed. If it doesn’t seem to be coming together, keep going – it will!
Enjoy on matzah alone, topped with jam or mixed with chocolate spread or swirled into brownies. The possibilities are endless.
