Homemade Almond Butter is Our New Pesach Staple

You will need 2 cups of raw, unsalted almonds
Preheat your oven to 350°F.
Pour your almonds onto a parchment lined pan and roast for 10 minutes.
Remove from oven and immediately transfer to a food processor fitted with the S-blade.
Process on high for 15 minutes straight or until it becomes creamy, scraping down the sides of the bowl as needed.
If it doesn't seem to be coming together, keep going, it will!
Enjoy on matzah alone, topped with jam or mixed with chocolate spread or swirled into brownies.
The possibilities are endless.
