A twist on iced coffee, yet healthier and insanely delicious! My kids always beg for an iced coffee, so I made them this so they can have a special drink with no caffeine!
2 TB baking cocoa powder
4 TB stevia
1 TB coconut sugar
1 cup almond milk or milk of choice
3 TB hot water
Ice
Teaspoon of your favorite coffee creamer
Whip cream (optional)
Dissolve your sugar and cocoa with hot water and mix. Let it cool off for few minutes.
In tall glass, pour ice and milk. Add your “cocoa” to the cold milk. Stir and add coffee creamer, then top with whip cream.
