These beverages are the perfect way to get a hint of flavor without added sugar. Bursting with eye-catching color, they make great refreshers on a hot summer day. Infused water also has strong detox benefits, so try out these recipes and pick your favorite!

Ingredients

Green Glory

  • 4 lemon slices

  • 6 cucumber slices

  • 3 mint leaves

Flaming Fruit

  • 10 strawberry slices

  • 4 orange slices

  • 12 blueberries

Blossom Bliss

  • 4 grapefruit slices

  • 6 cucumber slices

  • 2 lime slices

  • 1 sprig rosemary

Citrus Splash

  • 6 grapefruit slices

  • 6 lemon slices

Kiwi Contrast

  • 12 strawberry slices

  • 6 kiwi slices

Ap-A-Lope Mix

  • 12 pineapple slices

  • 5 apple slices

  • 8 cantaloupe slices

Directions

Prepare the Infused Water

1.

Combine fruits. Add water.

2.

Cover and refrigerate overnight. Enjoy the next day, and discard after 48 hours.

just wondering, can i use frozen strawberries in the flaming fruit/kiwi contrast combos?

Sure, I would add them in frozen thought and when the melt they may turn your water pink.

How much water to use for each? 1-2l or just to cover the fruits?

I would use enough water to go past the first an inch or two.
