Diets Instant noodles have a great texture for lo mein. I like to mix them into chicken stir-fry for a delicious meal. Here they’re paired with teriyaki mushrooms for a simple yet gourmet dish that’s perfect for Motza’ei Shabbos.
1 box button mushrooms, cleaned and whole
2 tablespoons Glicks Teriyaki Sauce
1 teaspoon oil
2 packets Gefen Ramen Noodles
2 tablespoons Glicks Soy Sauce
2 tablespoons honey
Preheat oven to 375 degrees Fahrenheit.
Cover the mushrooms with teriyaki sauce and oil and roast for 10 minutes.
Place the ramen noodles in a bowl of boiling water and cover for three minutes, then drain water.
Whisk the soy sauce with honey.
Place noodles and mushrooms in a bowl and toss with soy-honey dressing.
Serve warm or cold.
