Main ingredients

  • 1 pound ground chicken breast, or 1 pound ground chicken bottoms or dark meat (for a truly moist burger), or 1/2 pound each

  • 1 small or medium onion, finely minced

  • 1 and 1/2 stalks of celery, finely minced

  • 1 clove garlic, crushed or 1 cube Gefen Frozen Garlic

Directions

Prepare the Burgers

1.

Place ground chicken in a mixing bowl.

In a food processor, using an ā€œsā€ blade, mince onion and celery into very tiny pieces, but not into a puree. Add to ground chicken. Add garlic, flavored bread crumbs, salt and pepper.

3.

Form into patties between 1/2-inch to one-inch thickness. Grill for six minutes on each side.

Prepare the Burgers

Yield: 6 burgers

what if I mix ground dark chicken & ground dark turkey
