Kale and Avocado Salad

  • 1 bunch kale, soaked and washed

  • 3 avocados, diced

  • juice of 2 lemons, or more to taste

  • 1-2 tablespoons Gefen Olive Oil (optional)

Directions

For the Salad

1.

Combine kale and avocado in a large mixing bowl (or plastic bag). Add the lemon juice, olive oil, onion powder, and salt.

Toss to combine.

3.

Let sit for at least one hour before serving (if letting sit for longer than one hour, refrigerate).
