Kale Salad with Radish, Peach, and Red Onion

The sharpness of radishes and red onion pair wonderfully with the peach and balsamic dressing.


1. Add salad ingredients to a large bowl.
2. Combine dressing ingredients, pour over, and serve.

Notes: I like white balsamic in fruit salads; it’s a bit lighter than regular balsamic and has a floral kind of taste at the end. But if you don’t, regular balsamic or any acid (vinegar or lemon) works.
