For the Spicy Mayo Dressing

For the Salad

Start Cooking

Prepare the Salad Dressing

  1. In a small jar or bowl, combine the mayonnaise, chili sauce, lime juice, hot sauce, salt, and pepper. Mix well.

Variation:

May substitute lime juice for lemon juice.

For the Salad

  1. Toss the crab sticks, cucumber, and mango with dressing. Mix well and serve.

    Can I use frozen mango?

    Definitely, but dice when still frozen. Once you defrost it, the cutting will be a challenge.

    Definitely, but dice when still frozen. Once you defrost it, the cutting will be a challenge.
