Ingredients

Kiglach

  • 4 cups matzah farfel

  • salt, to taste

  • pepper, to taste

  • 3 cups boiling water

  • 6 eggs, beaten

Directions

Prepare the Kiglach

1.

Combine farfel, salt, and pepper with boiling water. After water is absorbed, add beaten eggs.

2.

Spoon mixture into greased muffin tins. Bake for half an hour at 400 degrees Fahrenheit. You can serve as muffins with jam or syrup.
