Diets Shredded kohlrabi mimics shredded white cabbage perfectly! Thanks to Bruchy Gluck for sharing this recipe!
4 carrots, shredded
1 large kohlrabi, shredded
boiling water, to cover
5 tablespoons mayonnaise
3 tablespoons sugar
3 tablespoons Tuscanini Lemon Juice
In a bowl, toss the kohlrabis and carrots together. Cover with boiling water and let sit for five minutes. Drain well.
Add the mayonnaise, sugar, and lemon juice. Mix well to coat the vegetables evenly.
Serve right away, or store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to two days.
