I know that so many people enjoy a good slaw with their meat and chicken, but don’t use cabbage on Pesach. This is my version of the perfect slaw to round out the meal.

Start Cooking

Prepare the Slaw

  1. Combine kohlrabi and apple in a medium bowl.

  2. In a small bowl, whisk together olive oil, lemon juice, honey, salt, and pepper. Pour over kohlrabi and apple. Toss to coat. Top with chopped walnuts.

Note:

If you like your salad more heavily dressed, double the dressing.

    The kohlrabi is pretty hearty. The apples might get mushy though.
