10 pounds roast beef roll
1/4 cup oil
1 and 1/2 heads of garlic, crushed
1 tablespoon Gefen Paprika
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
3 onions, sliced
5 stalks celery, sliced
1 pound carrots, sliced
1 tomato, chopped
2 green peppers, thinly sliced
2 cups water
1 teaspoon salt
Blend the oil, garlic, red paprika and pepper. Baste the top and sides of the meat. Refrigerate overnight.
Place meat, vegetables and water in a large roasting pan. Add salt. Cook for four hours at 350 degrees Fahrenheit. Add minimal amounts of water if necessary.
Blend vegetables with meat drippings for a delicious gravy.
Chill thoroughly before slicing.
