What is better than indulging in warm crispy latkes! This recipe is super delicious and very easy to make as well. You will love it!

Ingredients

Main ingredients

  • around 2 potatoes, blended/grated, and then strained to make sure there’s no excess liquid

  • 1 medium sautéed onion

  • 1 teaspoon parve chicken soup powder

  • 1/2 teaspoon onion soup mix

  • 2 eggs

  • 2 heaping tablespoons corn starch

  • around 1 teaspoon of salt and pepper

Directions

Prepare the Latkas

Mix all the ingredients together, and then fry!

Tips:

Adding a piece of a carrot while frying helps prevent the little pieces left in the oil from burning. Serve with sour cream, apple sauce, or even with fried eggs and ketchup for a delicious breakfast.
