This floral twist to a classic French 75 adds just a hint of perfume, barely there but enough to transport you to the lavender fields of Provence.
Directions
Prepare the Lavender French 75
1. Pour the gin, lemon juice and lavender syrup into a cocktail shaker filled with ice cubes. Shake until frosted then strain the mixture into a small jug/pitcher and divide between two flutes.
2. Carefully top up with well-chilled Champagne or Crémant and garnish each with a lemon twist. Serve at once.
