This unique version of iced coffee is sure to add some fun and flavor to your summer picnic.
Yield: 2 (10-ounce) iced coffees
ice
16 ounces milk
2 tablespoons instant coffee, such as Gefen Nescafe
2 tablespoons lavender syrup (I used Monin brand)
4 squares milk white chocolate, such as Geneve
2 tablespoons boiling water
Fill two glasses with ice, add milk, and set aside.
In a separate cup, combine coffee, lavender syrup, white chocolate, and boiling water.
Mix well until chocolate is fully melted.
Add more hot water if needed.
Pour coffee mixture into two cups over milk and ice.
Stir well.
