Ingredients

Lavender White Chocolate Iced Coffee

  • ice

  • 16 ounces milk

  • 2 tablespoons instant coffee, such as Gefen Nescafe

  • 2 tablespoons lavender syrup (I used Monin brand)

  • 4 squares milk white chocolate, such as Geneve

  • 2 tablespoons boiling water

Directions

1.

Fill two glasses with ice, add milk, and set aside.

2.

In a separate cup, combine coffee, lavender syrup, white chocolate, and boiling water.

3.

Mix well until chocolate is fully melted.

4.

Add more hot water if needed.

5.

Pour coffee mixture into two cups over milk and ice.

6.

Stir well.

Notes:

Optional: Add more sweetener or white chocolate to reach your desired sweetness!
