Diets Leah loves to make this creamy macaroni for the family’s lunch on Sundays. It’s so easy, and Mommy loves it too because it’s mixed in the pan — no dishes to scrub!
16 ounces Gefen Elbows
about 1 and 1/2 cups finely shredded cheese
2 tablespoons cream cheese
1/3–1/2 cup milk
1/2 teaspoon garlic salt
1/2 teaspoon Gefen Dried Oregano
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil and cook the macaroni according to the package directions until tender.
Drain and pour into a 9×13-inch pan.
Add the shredded cheese and stir until melted.
Stir in the cream cheese until smooth.
Add the milk a little at a time, stirring until the macaroni is creamy.
Season with the garlic salt, oregano, and black pepper. Stir well to combine.
Serve immediately and enjoy! Optional: If you’d like, serve with ketchup or your favorite sauce on the side.
