The creamy lemon dressing complements the lettuce and chicken in this unusual and delightful salad. It's a terrific appetizer for a seudah or a light Chol Hamoed lunch.

Prepare the Salad

  1. Combine all salad ingredients aside from chicken in a large mixing bowl.

  2. In a smaller bowl, mash egg yolks and add remaining dressing ingredients. Mix well until thoroughly combined.

  3. Divide salad among plates; top with a few chicken strips. Drizzle dressing over salad before serving.
