Diets Yield: 2 pies
1 green pepper, diced
1 red pepper, diced
1-8 ounce can mushrooms
2 medium onions, diced
1 large tomato, diced
1 cup milk
4 eggs
1 teaspoon salt
8 ounces shredded cheese
Sauté all vegetables in oil for 10 minutes.
Mix milk, eggs, and salt. Add egg mixture to vegetables.
Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.
Alternate two layers of vegetable mixture and shredded cheese into each crust.
Place the pies into nine x 13-inch pans, cover, and bake at 350 degrees Fahrenheit, for 45 minutes. Uncover and bake another 10 to 15 minutes.

How does it work if I want to use store bought ready baked crust. Do I re-bake it with the quiche?
Yes, you’d add the filling in and you may need to bake it for less time since the crust is already baked. However, if you can find a crust in the frozen aisle that isn’t baked yet it may be easier.
So easy and came out delicious for shavuos! I grew up eating letcho chicken, so I was excited to try this. I’m glad I did.
