Light-N-Crisp Waffles



Prepare the Waffles

1. Beat all ingredients, except egg whites, until smooth.
2. Gently fold in beaten whites by hand.
3. Using 1/2 cup batter at a time, cook on waffle iron as directed.



Pecan-Macadamia Nut Waffles: Sprinkle one tablespoon finely chopped nuts of your choice over preheated waffle grids. Pour 1/2 cup batter over nuts and close waffle maker. Bake as directed.


Blueberry Waffles: Fold two cups fresh blueberries into batter. Pour 3/4 cup batter over grids for each waffle.


Chocolate Chip Waffles: Fold one cup chocolate chips into batter. Pour onto waffle iron as directed.
