Prepare the Lime Fruit Tart

Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.

Whisk together the zest and juice of the limes, eggs, sugar, and flour until smooth and well combined. Pour into the pie crust.

Cook at 350 until just set, about 30 to 35 minutes. Remove from oven. Allow to cook for 10 minutes. Sprinkle with powdered sugar and top with sliced fruit.
