Lighten up your favorite Caesar salad with this creamy and flavorful dressing.
1 and 1/2 cups Gefen Lite Mayonnaise
3 cloves fresh garlic, crushed or 3 cubes Gefen Frozen Garlic
1/3 cup vinegar (for gluten-free, use distilled white or other gluten-free vinegar)
5 packets Splenda
1/4 cup water
Mix all ingredients until smooth.
