Ingredients

Main ingredients

  • 2 (16-ounce) containers non-fat cottage cheese

  • 8 ounces low-fat shredded mozzarella cheese, divided

  • 16 ounces Gefen Tomato Sauce

  • salt, to taste

Directions

Prepare the Lasagna

1.

In a large bowl, mix cottage cheese and six ounces mozzarella cheese.

2.

In a second bowl, mix tomato sauce, spices, and sugar.

Lasagna noodles Are you supposed to use the noodles that need to be cooked before? Or the ones that say no cooking required?
