The popular suppertime staple you wont feel guilty about eating along with your kids.
2 (16-ounce) containers non-fat cottage cheese
8 ounces low-fat shredded mozzarella cheese, divided
16 ounces Gefen Tomato Sauce

garlic powder, to taste
2 teaspoons sugar
1/2 box Haddar Lasagne Noodles (9 noodles), uncooked
In a large bowl, mix cottage cheese and six ounces mozzarella cheese.
In a second bowl, mix tomato sauce, spices, and sugar.
Pour enough tomato sauce mixture to thinly cover the bottom of a 9- x 13-inch pan. Lay three noodles over the sauce. Spread half of the cheese mixture over the noodles. Repeat with sauce, noodles, and remaining cheese mixture.
Spread another layer of sauce, noodles, and the rest of the tomato sauce. Sprinkle remaining two ounces shredded cheese atop sauce.
Cover tightly with foil and bake at 350 degrees for one hour. Uncover and bake additional 15 minutes.

Regular ones. I use the regular ones uncooked.
