Lukshen Cheese Kugel


Using the light versions of cottage cheese and sour cream may render this cheese kugel a bit less solid, but it will nonetheless be delish … and a bit healthier.


Prepare the Kugel

1. Cook noodles; drain. In large bowl, combine noodles with remaining kugel ingredients (not the topping). Mix well.
2. Combine topping ingredients and sprinkle over noodle mixture.
3. Bake in a 9 x 13-inch pan at 350 degrees Fahrenheit for about one hour or until top is golden.
