Quick and easy is the name of the game and it doesn't get easier than this. No bake, make and freeze ahead, these macaroon ice cream sandwich cookies are a winner and a great Kosher for Pesach dessert.

Start Cooking

Make the Sandwich Cookies

  1. Flatten the macaroons so they look more like cookies. Freeze.

  2. Take out the macaroons and put a scoop of slightly softened ice cream between two macaroon cookies. Press together.

  3. Roll the cookies in the toppings. The possibilities are endless!
