1 container Gefen Macaroons
ice cream
toppings of your choice like Glicks Chocolate Chips, sprinkles or nuts
Flatten the macaroons so they look more like cookies. Freeze.
Take out the macaroons and put a scoop of slightly softened ice cream between two macaroon cookies. Press together.
Roll the cookies in the toppings. The possibilities are endless!
