This is one of my favorite flavor smoothies. It’s so refreshing! I like to slice a fresh mango and freeze for a little bit, but feel free to use store-bought frozen mango.

Ingredients

  • 1 tablespoon piña colada syrup (optional, but so much better with it!)

Directions

Pour all ingredients into blender, blend well, and enjoy immediately.

Notes:

If you don’t have a blender, you can use a food processor with the “s” blade. It works just as well.
