Manischewitz Cheese and Blueberry Blintzes, but make it a beautiful ‘sushi’ platter for Shavuot.
1 Greek yogurt
1 bag frozen strawberries
1/4 cup water
2 boxes of Manischewitz blintzes
In a pan, over medium heat, simmer strawberries and water until it reaches a ‘soupy’ consistency.
Prepare blintzes according to package directions.
Cut each blintz into thirds.
Place Greek yogurt into a container in the center of a cake/serving platter, topped with the strawberry compote
Assemble blintz sushi pieces cut-side up around yogurt dip. Serve with chopsticks.
