Maple-Mustard Salmon

Ingredients

  • 1 side of salmon (8 fillets)

  • 2 tablespoons Gefen Olive Oil

  • 2 tablespoons yellow mustard

  • 2 tablespoons stone-ground mustard

  • 1/4 cup Gefen Maple Syrup

  • 1 tablespoon brown sugar

  • 1 clove garlic, crushed or 1 cube Gefen Frozen Garlic

  • 1/4 – 1/2 teaspoon dried mustard

  • 1/2 teaspoon pepper

  • 1/2 teaspoon salt

Directions

Prepare the Salmon

1.

Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit (180 degrees Celsius).

Whisk all ingredients except for salmon together.

3.

Arrange the salmon in a baking dish and spread the maple-mustard sauce on top. Bake for 20 minutes.

    I was getting bored of my usual salmon recipes so I tried this one and glad I did! Great flavor that everyone enjoyed. I used deli mustard instead of stone ground, it was fine.

    Stone ground Mustard What is stone ground mustard? I couldn’t find it in the grocery would you have any substitute for this?
