Marinade

Start Cooking

Marinate

  1. Combine marinade ingredients. Pour over spare ribs in 9- x 13-inch pan. Marinate overnight in the refrigerator. 

Bake

  1. Bake, tightly covered, for two hours at 350 degrees Fahrenheit.

    Any beef bone-in ribs should work, including what butchers typically label as spare ribs, short ribs or even flanken. Enjoy!

    It should, but I wouldn't put it in direct heat, it might dry out. Bring to room temp and warm in indirect heat.
