Marinated Beet and Apple Salad


This salad can be made ahead of time and just gets better the longer it sits. You can serve it at your Yom Tov meal and then snack on it all week.


Prepare the Dressing

1. Add all ingredients to a tightly sealed container and shake until well combined.

Prepare the Marinated Beet and Apple Salad

1. Add cooked beets to a large bowl. Add half of the dressing and toss to combine.
2. Add apples, orange segments and walnuts.
3. Slowly add remaining dressing, tasting as you go for the desired amount.
