This adorable bear is such a fun treat for kids to make, and just as much fun to eat. Candy eyes can be found online or in your local baking and craft store.
Yield: 1 bear
1 jumbo marshmallow
1 regular Gefen Marshmallow
marshmallow fluff
1 chocolate lentil
2 candy eyes (such as Wilton)
Place the jumbo marshmallow on a plate. Cut the regular marshmallow in half to use for the nose. Using a spoon, place a small amount of marshmallow fluff on the cut side of the regular marshmallow and attach it to the jumbo marshmallow.
Use fluff to attach the chocolate lentil to the nose as shown. Do the same for the candy eyes and the mini marshmallows (for the ears).
Use the finished polar bear to garnish a cup of hot chocolate.
