“Meatballs” from Cooked Chicken

Sneak some veggies into your kids’ diets with these fried chicken morsels.

Ingredients

Main ingredients

  • 4 chicken breasts, cooked

  • 2 carrots

  • 2 potatoes

  • 2 onions

  • 1 small zucchini (optional)

Directions

Make the Meatballs

1.

Blend or grind chicken and vegetables.

2.

Add eggs, potato starch and salt and mix well.

3.

Heat oil in frying pan.

4.

Form mixture into patties, and fry on both sides until golden brown.
