Mediterranean Fish Board (Perfect for Shavuot)

I love serving big fish boards for Sunday or Shabbat brunch! It offers such great variety and it’s perfect for serving a crowd, or even as a light appetizer or snack.

Ingredients

Start with your main components

  • cured salmon

  • caviar

Fill up the board with accompaniments

  • olives

  • gherkins

  • cherry tomatoes

  • thinly sliced cucumbers

  • thinly sliced radishes

  • thinly sliced daikon

Directions

Prepare the Mediterranean Fish Board

1.

Start with a large flat board or serving tray. Place down your bowls of fish, jars of tuna and cavier.

2.

Next, place down some arugula or mix greens and lay your salmon and sliced gravlax on top.

3.

Once you have your main components laid out, fill in the empty spaces with sliced cucumbers, radishes, and a variety of crackers. Garnish with fresh lemons.
